Born in Manchester, England and formally trained in Fine Art (B.A.), Graham Chappell is an accomplished artist, creative director, and professional photographer whose career bridges the worlds of cinema, advertising, and fine art.

Graham’s creative vision has shaped the visual language of some of the world’s most iconic film campaigns. He has served as an art director for major Hollywood studios including Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, MGM, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Walt Disney, and Miramax. From towering billboards to collectible posters and innovative advertising media, his work has helped bring blockbuster films to audiences around the globe — always with one mission in mind: to get people into the movies.

As a professional photographer, Graham has crafted stunning visual campaigns across advertising, fashion, and portraiture — seamlessly blending narrative, mood, and cinematic light. His lens is guided by decades of experience and an instinctive feel for story, emotion, and space.

Now living on the island of Maui, Graham has returned to his roots in fine art. Through a harmonious fusion of painting, photography, and digital artistry, he creates immersive works infused with Hawaiian soul. Known for his signature “cinematic aloha” style, Graham’s art brings warmth, peace, and escapism into every space it touches.

Trained in light, atmosphere, and emotional tone, Graham Chappell now focuses on creating artwork designed for the home — visual pieces that soothe the spirit, invite relaxation, and gently guide the viewer toward rest. His unique aesthetic has earned him a devoted following of collectors, creatives, and those looking to bring a touch of island tranquility into their world.
